Velineon

Hey i am new here and i have a traxxas t-maxx and a losi xxx-t. The other day i bought a velineon brushless system from a guy who ran it for 10 minutes in his 4x4 slash. I installed it today and tryed running it with a 7 cell traxxas batterey from my friends rustler. The batterey is almost new. It was extremely sluggish and not very fast at all. The lhs said the gearing should be fine and it should haul. I dont know if i did somethin wrong or just got ripped off and bought a bad motor.

Attending:
Darren Hill, Jeremy Potter, Deedee, Wizard, The Pools, Ron Anderson, Matt Ross, Nathan O'Connor, Jennifer Richardson, Hal Hudson, Macri Family, Doug & Adam Hunt, Chris & Lloyd Spooner

Membership sign-ups are open, please read the bylaws before signing up for your membership choice.

Track Expansion-Randy turned in the plans to the city. Hope to hear back soon. The drivers stand will be the biggest expense of the project. Darren talked to Ziggy's and Home Depot he is waiting to get a response from them. Also talked to Lowes and they will not help.
Eric Olsen is getting the donation for 8 ft boards. Bob S. is donating 200 ft of fencing. Darren is donating fence poles and caps. We need dirt for the track about 150 yds. Doug is calling Avista to see if there is anything they can do to help us out. If not we will need someone to volunteer to take on the lights for the track.

Saturday 3/13/10 will be having a work party to put up the fence, level dirt, and do whatever else needs to be done. Time will be posted when known. Please review the track expansion forum for the time.

Thank You to everyone that came out to help for the Track Clean-up.
