The club will be donating $250.00 to The Wishing Star Foundation from the Mapston Proceeds.

New Business:

Discussed the NCT meeting & the changes that will have to be done this year for the Hank. The mandatory use of PT's for NCT races. Club members will be able to have House Transponders assigned to them for the Hank Perry weekend & it will be their responsibility to keep them charged.

Briefly discussed different levels of membership & holding members more accountable for helping not just racing. Possibly having cards show what tier of membership you are.

Track expansion discussed the city coming out to find property lines, checking on what permits will be needed, finding out what the cost will be for supplies needed or possible donations for supplies for the build.
Chris Spooner will be resurfacing the pit tables for his Eaglescout project.
