Old Business

Summer Series points are posted.
Awards for 1ST,2ND,and 3RD will be plaques.

Endurance Race is going as planned GET SIGNED UP!!
Club race After on the 26TH @ 6:00 p.m.
Every Saturday thereafter wheather permitting. Start time @ 6:00 p.m.

Track Security
Working on new signs with the city.
Also take a cruise by the track if your out that way,we can all help.

Electrical Upgrades
Brandi P. Motioned

$150.00 will be spent to safen and improve the electrical poles by Eric O.

Mapston
Both Bldgs. are resevered for the Dave Mapston memorial race in Oct.
Driver stand will be provided by HyTopz in exchange for some advertising space.
The track is being designed By Shane and he will head the build team.
Thursday night will be when we need help to finish the track.
Plaques will be awarded to 1st through 3rd.
We are still talking to Bartletts to handle concessions.
Ribbons will be awarded to Kids Race winners.
We will also have a raffle of some sort.

Attendance was good but could always use more input. Try to come to a meeting, especially before the Dave Mapston race.
