In typical President fashion, I will be on vacation at camp David on Monday. (Ok it's Wenatchee) I think it would be good for all the interested people to get together and work on track ideas.

There are a few other things we need to nail down.

1 Competition committee needs to get together and give some direction on Club series format. ie Bumps, electric mains etc. We have done different things each week and I have heard some concerns.

2. We need to nail down some people to handle different parts on the Mapston.

. Track Build design and team (Rick?)
. Trophies (TI can you help direct?)
. Sponsers/give aways

3. Kids race helpers

4. Pro series details

5. Other

If someone would volunteer to lead the meeting it would be great. (Jeff, Darren, Dylan, Mike?)

Are we going to have a meeting Monday? Would be nice to have the meeting at the hank, Maybe get some ideas on a new layout, go over everything that needs done. That way everyones on the same page (maybe different book, but same page) HEEHEE. I know I haven't really heard or seen the Ideas for an expansion, I'm curious to hear the master plan,and see how I can help.
