Old Business:
Points series will be ran with 2 bumps and double A electric mains.

The kids race is dialed Gar,Dee Dee,Wizard,Darren,Mike Pool,And I volunteered to help out.Wizard is providing PIZZA to the racers and the club will provide refreshments to the racers and volunteers.Of course Joe will be RDing. Thank you to the volunteers and Matt Pool for getting this first kids race going.

Point series prizes are being worked out by Joe R. and will be awarded to the top 3 from every class. More details soon so you know what you are racing for,besides the fun.

Track Build b-4 the Pro Series race will be on the 25th and 26th.We will need people to step-up and show for this.Darren Rick Suga Gar and I have made plans to be there already. We may be completely sifting out the rocks ,we are waiting for Gars approval on the sifting machine.

T.I. has already secured the fairgrounds for this years Mapston. Thank you T.I.
Track build and design will be handled by THE track builder Rick McCrery. We will need help and get volunteers as it draws closer. NOW the big thing NO MORE LATE FEE'S. If you sign-up late you just dont get a T-shirt.This should make everybody happy.Less cost for racers,less cost for club!!!!!

NEW business:

Gar nominated Darren Hill for V.P.
Dee Dee 2nd that nomination
Voted Darren Hill is the new V.P.

Need more practice out there?
Every Wed. will be a practice day. The computer will be running an open practice program every Wednesday starting @ 7:00 P.M.

We also are working on resurfacing the pit tables. We will hopefully have these done before Pro Series.

Next meeting will be August 10th @ 7:00 p.m. @ the Hank. We need more people at these so we can get more varied opinions and ideas. Please show up?!
