RCCCS - RC Car Club of Spokane Racer's Forum _ Club News _ Meeting Minutes 2/8/2010

Old Business:
Dicussed the track expansion. Darren talked to Mike Stone with the city and was given the ok to move forward with the expansion. Darren is going to mark off the corners of the track for Mike to look at for approval of the size. Looking for donations for materials needed for the build. There is a donation letter in the track expansion forum that can be printed for your use. Looking into seeing if we need a structure permit for the drivers stand.

New Business:
We are doing a track clean up at the Hank on Saturday February 20th starting at 10am. This will be a half day clean up. Please come out we could use as many volunteers and possible trucks to clean up and haul the garbage away.

Discussed the Hank Perry, NCT shirts and Hank shirts will be available for an additional charge. Monster Truck and Masters need at least 10 entries each by 5/8/2010.

Discussed the summer points series more to come when info is available.

Please look at the calendar for upcoming dates it will be updated as information becomes available. Also the forums are updated regularly so please read them. Thank you

Is there a list for what needs to be done on Saturday's cleanup?

Ps: is there a time line for the improvements (construction schedule).

Eric, there is a list for the clean up day posted in the Track Expansion forum.

No timeline on construction project right now.

Glad to see we are cleaning up. I was there on WED with the slash and it was lookin pretty ratty. Im going to try and make it on sat!
